The Georgetown Democratic Town Committee is hosting a public 'Meet Your State Legislator' meeting which will provide a forum for all interested parties to listen to their legislator's perspective on the state of the state as well as ask them questions of their choosing. Topics of interest may include State Budget/Revenues; All aspects of Education; Infrastructure strategies, needs and funding; as well as 'Green Energy' in Massachusetts. Citizens may also be interested in what is the status of legislation to better enforce ethic standards. The meeting will be held on Monday, 1/12/09 from 7 - 9 pm in the Georgetown Middle High School Cafeteria. The meeting is open to all.
