The Georgetown Democratic Committee believes that through education and local action we can develop and elect progressive leaders who will create a stronger, more just society.  We believe that many citizens, often our youth, are disillusioned with our government and it's inability to effect positive change.  Our mission is to prove that together we can make a difference in education, healthcare, the environment, the economy and the world at large.
